Thomas Greer is a seasoned real estate investment professional with over 20 years of global experience spanning institutional underwriting, portfolio strategy, asset management infrastructure, and investor messaging. He has worked across U.S. and Asia-based private equity real estate (PERE) platforms, with exposure ranging from opportunistic land deals in China to stabilized core assets in major U.S. markets.

At DealFrame Advisory, Thomas provides high-leverage analysis and strategic support to developers, private capital partners, and mission-aligned agencies. His work focuses on capital planning, investment modeling & analysis, investor materials, and programmatic advisory for both public-sector and private real estate initiatives.

He previously founded and exited Money Weighted Software, a web-based underwriting tool for CRE sponsors. He also launched Centennial Homes, a housing venture piloted to expand access to rental housing through public-private partnerships and innovative lease structures for Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) participants.

Thomas holds a Master’s in Urban Planning (Real Estate specialization) from the University of Washington, a B.A. from Seattle University, and is a CAIA Charterholder. He brings a rare combination of institutional discipline and entrepreneurial adaptability to every engagement.
